Cons:
The seashore is full of seaweed and looks dirty, the first few meters are covered with stones, which makes it quite painful to get into sea barefooted.
Loud music up to at least 2:00 AM. The sound insulation of the rooms is quite good, but still you can hear the music.
There's a road in front of the hotel, which you need to cross to go to the beach, which is used quite a lot.

Pros:
The hotel staff is very nice.
The rooms are new and clean.
