I booked this apartment for a couple of days, and it was a disastrous experience. First, they don’t have staff at the property, only a cleaning lady who comes in the morning and evening.
They also don’t have hot water; there’s just a shower head with a portable hot water device. I had to ask several times for them to fix it, and even the technician came and said they don’t have hot water on their taps.
When I arrived, the room smelled terribly, so I had to ask them for an air freshener.
The rooms had poor soundproofing, and we could hear everything happening on the floor above.
Additionally, the door lock wasn’t working. I asked for a room change, and they moved me upstairs, but it had all the same problems except for the door. The bathroom was very dirty and smelled awful.

Also, the pictures indicated there is a microwave oven, but I couldn’t find one in either of the rooms I stayed in.

But there were some good people I would like to meet when I go to Izmir again. The guests in room 32 on 08/12/24 were very nice. I wish I could meet them.

Bu daireyi birkaç günlüğüne rezerve ettim ve bu felaket bir deneyimdi. Öncelikle, tesiste personel yok, sadece sabah ve akşam gelen bir temizlikçi var.
Ayrıca sıcak suları da yok; sadece taşınabilir sıcak su cihazı olan bir duş başlığı var. Bunu düzeltmeleri için birkaç kez istemek zorunda kaldım ve hatta teknisyen bile gelip musluklarında sıcak su olmadığını söyledi.
Geldiğimde oda korkunç kokuyordu, bu yüzden onlardan bir oda spreyi istemek zorunda kaldım.
Odaların ses yalıtımı zayıftı ve üst katta olan her şeyi duyabiliyorduk.
Ayrıca, kapı kilidi çalışmıyordu. Oda değişikliği istedim ve beni yukarı kata taşıdılar, ancak kapı hariç tüm sorunlar aynıydı. Banyo çok kirliydi ve korkunç kokuyordu.

Ayrıca, resimlerde mikrodalga fırın olduğu belirtiliyordu, ancak kaldığım iki odada da bulamadım.

Ancak İzmir'e tekrar gittiğimde tanışmak istediğim bazı iyi insanlar vardı. 08/12/24'te 32 numaralı odadaki misafirler çok nazikti. Keşke onlarla tanışabilseydim.

They cancelled my reservation out of nowhere, no email, no text nothing. I ended looking for a hotel at 8pm. The place is also very hard to get to and it's crazy hard to park near it
