I had a hair transplantation two weeks ago. Dr. Gur is very friendly, calm and competent. The transplantation went smooth and the whole process was perfectly organized. My medical manager Akif deserves mentioning for being supernice and helpful. I can only recommend Dr. Gur and his team!

Very professional staff and clean facilities.
I felt like I was in good care from the first contact with the clinic, until the end of the procedure. And they still keep contact after to make sure everything is ok !

Über die Empfehlung eines Bekannten kam ich an die Praxis.
Im Internet wird man zu diesem Thema mit Angeboten "zugespamt". Hierbei den Überblick zu bewahren und die richtige Entscheidung zu treffen ist/war nicht einfach. Nach einigen Recherchen und Austausch mit Bekannten kam ich dann an die Klinik Gur Hair.
Der erste Austausch erfolgte per WhatsApp (auf Englisch).
Mir war es wichtig, dass man auf meine Anliegen eingeht. Ich bevorzugte außerdem keine "Massenabfertigung" und ich hatte hier sofort das Gefühl, man nimmt mich als Patienten wahr und nicht als Nummer.
Vom Ablauf vorab, über den Verlauf vor Ort und die Nachbetreuung (aktuell ist mein Eingriff 3 Monate vorbei) kann ich die Klinik jedem empfehlen.

İnsanlar internette bu konuyla ilgili tekliflerle spam yağmuruna tutuluyor. Genel bir bakışı sürdürmek ve doğru kararı vermek kolay değildi/olmadı. Biraz araştırma ve arkadaşlarla fikir alışverişinden sonra Gür Hair Clinic'e geldim.
İlk değişim WhatsApp (İngilizce) aracılığıyla gerçekleşti.
Endişelerimin giderilmesi benim için önemliydi. Ben de "toplu işleme"yi tercih etmedim ve bir anda bir sayı olarak değil, hasta olarak algılandığım hissine kapıldım.
Önceki süreçten, yerindeki sürece ve tedavi sonrası bakıma kadar (şu anda işlemim 3 ay bitti) kliniği herkese tavsiye edebilirim.

Had my hairtransplant done here and I have to say the amount of sheer professionalism by the whole staff was overwhelming. Not a single piece of information was withheld (I had some questions and was consulted very well) and all that while being treated extremely kind, helpful and welcoming. I decided to go to Dr. Gür because of the good reviews online and although this was my only experience till now I would highly recommend that clinic. No bs like laser treatment, just the pure procedure and preparation as well as in-depth post-op precautions.

Saç ekimimi burada yaptırmıştım ve şunu söylemeliyim ki, tüm personelin gösterdiği profesyonellik çok etkileyiciydi. Tek bir bilgi bile saklanmadı (bazı sorularım vardı ve bana çok iyi danışıldı) ve tüm bunlar olurken son derece nazik, yardımsever ve misafirperver davranıldı. İnternetteki olumlu yorumlar nedeniyle Dr. Gür'e gitmeye karar verdim ve şu ana kadarki tek deneyimim olmasına rağmen o kliniği şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum. Lazer tedavisi gibisi yoktur, yalnızca saf prosedür ve hazırlıkların yanı sıra ameliyat sonrası kapsamlı önlemler de vardır.

Contacting them and making an appointment was very straightforward and pleasant. I kept asking questions over the weeks leading up to my appointment, and they always answered them quickly and in detail. They offered to arrange the hotel/transport, which made it very straightforward.
I still managed to get lost on the day of the operation (it was my fault) and after a phone call and an explanation, I was picked up personally and taken there. The whole team is really very nice and helpful.

Dr. Gur takes the time to discuss your wishes and takes them into account. The procedure went very well and I am very satisfied. Information about the aftercare is also explained sufficiently and you can contact them at any time if you have any questions. (I even got the private number for urgent matters!)

All in all, my experience was very good and I am glad I chose this clinic and can recommend it with a clear conscience!

Onlarla iletişime geçmek ve randevu almak çok basit ve keyifliydi. Randevuma kala haftalar boyunca sorular sormaya devam ettim ve onlar da her zaman hızlı ve ayrıntılı bir şekilde yanıtladılar. Oteli/ulaşımı ayarlamayı teklif ettiler, bu da işi çok kolaylaştırdı.
Ameliyat günü yine de kaybolmayı başardım (benim hatamdı) ve bir telefon görüşmesi ve açıklama sonrasında bizzat beni alıp oraya götürdüler. Bütün ekip gerçekten çok iyi ve yardımsever.

Dr. Gür dileklerinizi tartışmak için zaman ayırıyor ve bunları dikkate alıyor. İşlem çok iyi geçti ve çok memnun kaldım. Bakım sonrası bilgiler de yeterince açıklanmaktadır ve herhangi bir sorunuz olursa istediğiniz zaman onlarla iletişime geçebilirsiniz. (Acil işler için özel numarayı bile aldım!)

Sonuç olarak, deneyimim çok iyiydi ve bu kliniği seçtiğim için mutluyum ve gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebilirim!

Amazing and I mean AMAZING staff. I honestly have never seen a single medical team go so above and beyond for a single patient. I had a really rough time traveling because of issues not related to them, but the staff helped me through all of the problems I experienced there; they even helped locate my lost phone and send it back to me! When I say the staff here is amazing I really do mean it. The surgery I had was completed with zero complications and I was given personal recommendations for post operative care based on my own situation. Dr. Gur and his managers have assembled an all-star staff that would put most American medical teams to shame. (Coming from an Army medic who was in hospitals for years). Kudos to Tolga my liason/translator during the time for helping facilitate the process smoothly.

Şaşırtıcı ve HARİKA personel demek istiyorum. Dürüst olmak gerekirse, tek bir hasta için bu kadar yukarıda ve öteye giden tek bir sağlık ekibini hiç görmemiştim. Kendileriyle ilgili olmayan sorunlar nedeniyle seyahat ederken gerçekten zor zamanlar geçirdim, ancak personel orada yaşadığım tüm sorunlarda bana yardımcı oldu; Hatta kayıp telefonumu bulup bana geri göndermelerine bile yardımcı oldular! Buradaki personelin harika olduğunu söylediğimde gerçekten ciddiyim. Geçirdiğim ameliyat sıfır komplikasyonla tamamlandı ve kendi durumuma göre ameliyat sonrası bakım konusunda bana kişisel önerilerde bulunuldu. I went there a few months ago because the hair on the top of my head was falling off. They were very nice, they really helped me during consultation and they explained the process in detail. Overall %100 recommend.

I got a transplant in August 2022 via Fuecapilar. My results were quite disappointing with very low density despite 2458 grafts (2.3 hairs per graft) implanted just on the hairline. I asked for feedback multiple times on whatsapp to Fuecapilar but after I send them the photos of the results they don't reply or say "we'll let you know what the doctor says" but never get back to me.

Dr. Gur made a good impression overall on me and his past results looked good. I assumed my results were going to be way better.

The nurses were chatting and giggling all the time during the operation. At that time I thought they were being very unprofessional but maybe it was a sign of them having already done hundreds or thousands of similar operations in the past and being very skilled at their job. Looking at the results in hindsight that's actually quite irritating.

I followed all the advice they gave me very conservatively to have optimal results such as not tanning for 6 months, no physical activity for a month, no sauna for a year, etc. but the sacrifice wasn't really worth based on the ending results.

The progress stopped around 5 or 6 months after HT and I likely wasted a good percentage of the grafts on the very low density hairline that I'm left with.

I saw other results from Dr. Gur and they looked good but this was my experience!

Ağustos 2022'de Fuecapilar'dan nakil oldum. Sadece saç çizgisine implante edilen 2458 grefte (greft başına 2,3 saç) rağmen çok düşük yoğunlukla sonuçlarım oldukça hayal kırıklığı yarattı. Fuecapilar'a whatsapp üzerinden defalarca geri bildirim istedim ama sonuçların fotoğraflarını gönderdiğimde cevap vermiyorlar ya da "doktorun ne dediğini size bildiririz" diyorlar ama asla bana geri dönüş yapmıyorlar.

Dr. Gür bende genel olarak iyi bir izlenim bıraktı ve geçmiş sonuçları da iyi görünüyordu. Sonuçlarımın çok daha iyi olacağını varsayıyordum.

Hemşireler ameliyat boyunca sürekli sohbet ediyor ve kıkırdıyordu. O zamanlar çok profesyonelce davranmadıklarını düşünmüştüm ama belki de bu onların geçmişte yüzlerce veya binlerce benzer operasyon yapmış olduklarının ve işlerinde çok yetenekli olduklarının bir işaretiydi. Geriye dönüp bakıldığında sonuçlara bakmak aslında oldukça rahatsız edici.

6 ay boyunca bronzlaşmamak, bir ay boyunca fiziksel aktivite yapmamak, bir yıl boyunca saunaya girmemek vb. gibi en iyi sonuçları elde etmek için bana verdikleri tüm tavsiyeleri son derece ihtiyatlı bir şekilde takip ettim, ancak son sonuçlara göre fedakarlık yapmaya gerçekten değmedi. .

İlerleme HT'den yaklaşık 5 veya 6 ay sonra durdu ve muhtemelen greftlerin önemli bir yüzdesini kalan çok düşük yoğunluklu saç çizgisine harcadım.

Dr. Gur'un başka sonuçlarını da gördüm ve iyi görünüyorlardı ama bu benim deneyimimdi!

I had my hair transplant on 2024/05/27 during a travel to Istanbul, I went to the clinic for a quick consult about my case and fortunately there as a cancelation for that same day, the doctor check me and confirms me as candidate for 3k graphs (400 hairline, 1800 frontal, 800 vortex), then we perform the implant THE SAME DAY !, the staff was wonderful and SUPER professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process. They explained everything very clearly in English, they answered ALL my questions, and made me feel super comfortable. The procedure was as expected, no surprises and they gave me all required medication to reduce discomfort and pain, the Dr. Gokhan Gur attend me personally during the procedure and all the girl’s staff were very nice and professional during the procedure. I think everything happens more or less 7 hours, including the evaluation. They’re providing me follow up remotely by mail, also, they provide me the medication and the shampoo and everything that I’ll need during the post-surgery, I’ll wait for the results that are expected to be evaluated as final within 12 months after transplant, however, for now, everything related with the procedure was fantastic. One special mention to the front desk advisor (Mr. Akif) that helps me personally during the entire process, he has been very diligent with the communication during and after the surgery, he has been providing me ALL documentation and he’s providing a clear communication channels for the follow up, I think this is a clear signal that this is a serious clinic and they really worry and care about the patient’s health, I think this is one of the most important things to mention about the clinic and the staff.

Tüm süreç boyunca bana kişisel olarak yardımcı olan resepsiyon danışmanına (Bay Akif) özel bir söz etmek istiyorum, ameliyat sırasında ve sonrasında iletişim konusunda çok titizdi, bana TÜM belgeleri sağladı ve takip için net iletişim kanalları sağlıyor, bunun ciddi bir klinik olduğunun ve hastanın sağlığıyla gerçekten ilgilendiklerinin ve önemsediklerinin açık bir işareti olduğunu düşünüyorum, bunun klinik ve personel hakkında bahsedilmesi gereken en önemli şeylerden biri olduğunu düşünüyorum.

I was initially nervous on the morning of the hair transplant but them nerves were eased on entry to the modern surgery and the first class treatment recieved from the warm and friendly technicians and Dr. Gur. I couldn't have asked for better treatment and although it's only day 2 since my surgery, I'm already extremely happy and excited for the months to come and to see the final results. I can't recommend this clinic and the team enough for their professionalism and kindness.

Highly professional clinic. Dr Gur explained the procedure with all details in English. The hair transplant procedure was long, but a lunch break was scheduled in between. Also, the rest of the team made you feel at ease and was very helpful. The medical consultation before and after procedure was also very helpful.

I had a great experience in Dr Gur's clinic! The staff was really helpful, and they were able to answer all the questions I had before the procedure and after. Dr Gur himself was very professional in explaining what the procedure entails. I don't have much to compare to since this is a once in a lifetime kind of procedure, but I think it went really smoothly overall.

Great staff! Just had my surgery yesterday and everyone was very professional and kind. Dr. Gur is great and you can tell he is passionate about providing a good experience for clients and ensuring they feel listened to during the hairline design process. Many months to go until I can see final results, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the clinic based on my experience so far.
