I had my first hair transplant with Dr. Özlem Biçer in April 2023, this session totaled around 4,200 grafts which covered the frontal area.

Now in June 2025 at the time of writing this review I have just finished my second hair transplant to cover the crown area and a small touch up to add slightly more density into the hairline (around 100 grafts) with rest (around 1,000 grafts) into the crown. We agreed to intentionally leave some spare grafts in the donor region should I need them in the future for any top up.

I chose the clinic for a few reasons, firstly they only take one patient per day so you know you're getting all the attention you require. Secondly the clinics fantastic reputation and international board certifications. Finally, and most importantly is the fact that Dr Biçer personally does all parts of the procedure that affects the final results.

Overall I'm very pleased with the results, I went in with realistic expectations around how much I could extract from the donor region and Dr Biçer over the 2 sessions was able to cover my entire head.

Density and graft placement is so important when working with a finate donor region. I'm happy with the density that was able to be achieved combined with clever graft placements I think you couldn't get any better results with the amount of grafts that I had available to use.

Finate donör bölgeyle çalışırken yoğunluk ve greft yerleşimi çok önemlidir. Akıllı greft yerleşimleriyle birleştirilen elde edilebilen yoğunluktan memnunum. Kullanabileceğim greft miktarıyla bundan daha iyi sonuçlar elde edilemeyeceğini düşünüyorum.

Ich habe mich für Dr. Bicer entschieden weil ich die Ergebnisse ihrer Haarlinien ganz besonders schätzte, und mir ihre Referenz zudem in einem Oline Forum empfohlen wurde. Nach einer Anzahlung kann Unterkunft und Shuttleservice optional durch den Hauptansprechpartner Herrn Aydin gebucht werden. Das würde ich unbedingt empfehlen, denn der Eingriff selbst kann, je nach der individuellen Situation des Patienten, sehr fordernd für den Körper sein. Es ist wirklich besser wenn man sich jenseits des Eingriffs um nichts weiter kümmern muss, und genau an dem Punkt leistet Herr Aydin hervorrangende Arbeit. Das gesamte Team von Frau Dr. Bicer ist kompetent und sehr freundlich. Die Anästhesie und die Ernte des Spenderareals waren waren bei mir schmerzhaft, aber auszuhalten. Es handelt sich hier eben um einen chirurgischen Eingriff und nicht um Urlaub. Die Ernte der Crafts und die Positionierung der Känäle für die Crafts wurden von Frau Dr. Bicer vorgenommen. Die Anästhesie und das Einfügen der Crafts wurden von zwei erfahrenen Krankenschwestern durchgeführt. Am Tag darauf wurden die Verbände abgenommen und Frau Dr. Bicer war sichtlich erfreut über das sehr gute Ergebniss. Ich war genauso glücklich darüber und stieß überschwenglich ein paar Stunden später mit dem Kopf am Shuttledach an. Etwa geschätzte 20-30 Crafts lagen im Taxi, während der Kopf stark blutete. Ich rief sofort Herrn Aydin an, und Fr Dr Bicer war 60 min später in der Klinik, reinigte das Wundareal und repositionierte die Crafts. Heute, 2 Tage nach der Notfallkorrektur, sieht das Wundareal für mich nicht mehr anders aus als die anderen transplantierten Areale. Offenbar konnte eine Infektion durch das schnelle und professionelle Eingreifen von Frau Dr. Bicer verhindert werden. Zudem haben die reposiitonierten Crafts jetzt eine Chance anzuwachsen. Dazu kommt noch das mir dieser Notfalleingriff an einem Sonntag _nicht_ in Rechnung gestellt wurde. Und dazu kommt noch, das mir Herr Aydin am Folgetag einen neuen Flug für mich gebucht hat, und mich darüber hinaus noch mit seinem Privatfahrzeug zum Flughafen brachte (sehr bedacht das ich mir nicht noch einmal beim Ein -und Aussteigen den Kopf stoße :) ). Natürlich nachdem er mir am Unfallabend zuvor noch ein Abendessen auf mein Zimmer schicken ließ. Fazit: Die Klinik Ozlem Bicer ist unbedingt zu empfehlen! Jeder einzelne dort macht weit mehr als nur seinen Job! Teşekkürler!

Dr. Bicer'i özellikle saç çizgilerinin sonuçlarını takdir ettiğim için seçtim ve referansı da bana bir çevrimiçi forumda önerildi. Bunu kesinlikle tavsiye ederim çünkü prosedürün kendisi, bireysel hastaya bağlı olarak vücut için çok zorlayıcı olabilir. Prosedürün ötesinde hiçbir şey hakkında endişelenmenize gerek kalmadığında gerçekten daha iyidir ve Bay Aydın'ın olağanüstü bir iş çıkardığı yer tam da burasıdır. Dr. Bicer'in tüm ekibi yetenekli ve çok arkadaş canlısıdır. Donör bölgesinin anestezisi ve toplanması benim için acı vericiydi, ancak katlanılabilirdi. Bu bir cerrahi işlemdir, tatil değil. Nach langer Recherche hatte ich mich für eine Haartransplantation bei Dr. Biçer entschieden.
Mit Aydin hat man den Ansprechpartner, der sich um alles kümmert. Ich konnte ihn jederzeit anschreiben und es wurde stets zügig geantwortet. Ich musste nur den Flug selber buchen. Der Rest, Shuttle und Unterkunft, wurde perfekt organisiert und meinen Flugzeiten angepasst.

Aydin holte mich am Tag der OP ab und brachte mich danach wieder ins Hotel.
Die Vorbereitung inklusive anschließender OP hat insgesamt 10 Stunden gedauert, gefühlt waren es viel weniger. Am schmerzhaftesten war die Anästhesie am Anfang, der Schmerz lässt aber Stück und Stück nach und ist auszuhalten. Ich hatte es mir viel schlimmer vorgestellt.

Dr. Biçer hat die wichtigsten Teile der Operation höchstpersönlich gemacht. Die assistierenden Krankenschwestern waren auch super professionell.

Nach rund 60% der OP bekam ich sogar Mittagessen, Aydin fragt was man gerne möchte, also individuell anpassbar, auch das war perfekt und lecker, typisch türkische Küche 😋
Die Nacht nach der OP, hatte ich mir schlimmer vorgestellt. Aber auf dem Nackenkissen, welches man nach der OP bekommt, konnte ich super schlafen und hatte keinerlei Schmerzen.

Nachsorge, inklusive Medikamente, Lotion und Shampoo, gibt es alles mit. Vor dem Abflug wurde mir der Verband abgenommen und ein erstes Fazit von Dr. Biçer gemacht, klasse.

Gleich danach ging es mit dem Shuttle zum Flughafen. Ich hatte Bedenken einen Tag nach der OP schon zu fliegen, aber es war angenehm und ich fühlte mich topp fit. Aydin hatte mir einen Fensterplatz für den Rückflug empfohlen und das war die richtige Entscheidung.
Ich sitze sonst lieber am Gang, aber am Fenster ist es nach der OP viel sicherer.

Ich fühlte mich vor Ort jederzeit sicher und gut aufgehoben und kann Dr. Biçer nur empfehlen. Auch Aydin und das gesamte Team waren super nett und es war alles perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt.

Uzun araştırmalardan sonra Dr. Biçer karar verdi.
Aydın'da her şeyle ilgilenen irtibat kişiniz var. Ona istediğim zaman yazabilirdim ve her zaman hızlı bir şekilde cevap verdi. Uçuş rezervasyonunu kendim yaptırmak zorunda kaldım. Geri kalan kısım, servis ve konaklama, mükemmel bir şekilde organize edildi ve uçuş saatlerime uyarlandı.

Aydın beni operasyon günü aldı ve sonrasında otele geri götürdü.
Sonraki operasyon da dahil olmak üzere hazırlık toplam 10 saat sürdü ama sanki çok daha azmış gibi geldi. Anestezi başlangıçta çok acı vericiydi, ancak ağrı yavaş yavaş azalır ve dayanılabilir hale gelir. Çok daha kötü olacağını hayal ettim.

Dr. Biçer operasyonun en önemli kısımlarını bizzat gerçekleştirdi. Yardımcı hemşireler de süper profesyoneldi.

Operasyonun yaklaşık %60'ından sonra öğle yemeğini bile yedim, Aydın ne istediğini sordu, yani kişiselleştirilebilirdi, aynı zamanda mükemmel ve lezzetliydi, tipik Türk mutfağı 😋
Ameliyattan sonraki gecenin daha kötü olacağını hayal ettim. Ama ameliyattan sonra aldığınız boyun yastığında çok rahat uyuyabildim ve hiç ağrım olmadı.

İlaç, losyon ve şampuan dahil bakım sonrası bakımın tümü dahildir. Ayrılmadan önce bandaj çıkarıldı ve Dr. Biçer yaptı, harika.

Hemen ardından servise binip havaalanına gittik. Ameliyatın ertesi günü uçma konusunda endişeliydim ama çok keyifliydi ve kendimi çok iyi hissettim. Aydın dönüş uçuşu için pencere kenarında bir koltuk önerdi ve bu da doğru bir karardı.
Genelde koridorda oturmayı tercih ediyorum ama ameliyat sonrası pencere kenarı çok daha güvenli.

Kendimi her zaman güvende ve emin ellerde hissettim ve Dr. Sadece Biçer'i tavsiye ederim. Aydın ve tüm ekip de çok iyi davrandılar ve her şey mükemmel bir şekilde koordine edildi.

I had my surgery Friday, 1/24 with Dr Bicer. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Dr Bicer to anyone looking to make that important decision in their life. I had done much research before choosing a clinic and really wanted the doctor to do most of the surgery. Dr Bicer did the extraction and incesions. Her whole team was beyond nice, and very responsive. An example I can give about the care this clinic does for their patients is that the night after the surgery I felt a little nauses, probably from not having a large breakfast and receiving anesthesia during surgery. I contacted the clinic at night letting them know this, and Dr Bicer and her team responded right away and her assistant drove from her house to bring me medicine. This is an example of how much this clinic cares about their patients. I am very excited to see how the results will be.

Ich möchte einen kurzen Einblick und Bewertung zu meiner Haartransplantation bei Frau Dr. Bicer geben. Der Erste Kontakt erfolge über Hr.Aydin, welcher mir während der gesamten Zeit bei allen Fragen und auch während der Behandlung zur Seite stand. Der ganze Aufenthalt war gut organisiert. Man musste nur den Flug separat buchen. Vor der Operation erfolge eine ausführliche Online Beratung mit Frau Bicer.
Ich habe mich unter anderem Aufgrund der guten Referenzen und der guten Reputation vorn Dr. Bicer für diese Klinik entschieden. Auch findet hier nur eine Operation pro Tag statt, so dass der volle Fokus dem Patienten gewidmet wird.
Zur Operation selbst: Es muss jedem bewusst sein, dass es sich bei einer Haartransplantation um einen operativen Eingriff handelt. Am morgen Früh wurde Blut abgenommen für div. Analysen uns zur Gewinnung von Plasma, in welchem später dir Grafts zwischengelagert wurden. Gemeinsam mit Dr.Bicer wurden die Haarlinien definiert und letzte Fragen geklärt. Die lokale Betäubung erfolgte durch das Assistenzteam und war das einzige Schmerzhafte an dem Eingriff. Sobald die Anästhesie gewirkt hat, war der Rest schmerzfrei. Dr. Bicer führte persönlich die Entnahme der Grafts durch und bereite den Empfängerbereich für das Einsetzten der Grafts vor. Das Einsetzten, in die vorbereiteten Stellen, erfolgte wieder durch das Assistenzteam. Dr.Bicer war den ganzen Tag vor Ort und betreute den Eingriff. Am Abend wurde alles kontrolliert und bandagiert. Am Tag danach erfolgte die Kontrolle durch Dr.Bicer persönlich.
Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt und der Operation. Ich danke dem gesamten Team und Fr. Dr. Bicer.

Hey everyone this is not my main google account because I prefer to not have people know I got a hair transplant. Thanks to the natural looking hairline that Dr Biçer has given me I think I will be able to keep the secret lol. The hairline is dense despite my fine hair strands, looks super natural, and I was very comfortable during the whole process. As soon as you walk through the door all anxieties wash away and never come back. Only critique is that once we settled on the hairline I would have liked to let the decision marinate a bit more before proceeding, but in hindsight I didn’t need that.

İnce saç tellerime rağmen saç çizgim yoğun, süper doğal görünüyor ve tüm süreç boyunca çok rahattım. Kapıdan içeri girdiğiniz anda tüm kaygılar akıp gidiyor ve bir daha asla geri gelmiyor. Tek eleştirim, saç çizgisinde karar kıldıktan sonra devam etmeden önce kararın biraz daha olgunlaşmasını isterdim ama geriye dönüp baktığımda buna ihtiyacım yokmuş.

Firstly I will say this is not my main account, since I wanted to keep my transplant private; however, Dr Biçer and her team were very unkind and understanding about this.

I had my first transplant in 2023 with amazing results. The density was nice since it was on the hairline, and it was so natural nobody noticed, even my hairdresser! When I told her it was a transplant she was in awe of the artistic ability they Dr Biçer and her staff were able to achieve.

The process was smooth and easy. Yes it’s still a surgery, but they accommodated my every need. Dr Biçer performed the transplant herself, and as you should know, having a licensed and talented surgeon is a must to achieve a natural result!

A year after the transplant I was really happy with the results; however, I’m a different kind of patient than most—Thankfully my crown area has 0% balding and I have a great donor area, but my hair line that was getting past where I was comfortable with, probably a Norwood 2. Some receding and thinning but nothing crazy yet.

So, with that in mind, I booked a touch up appointment to fill in the density a bit, because of the aforementioned conditions of my hair. I want to be clear: there was not any problem with the first transplant, I’m just vain and picky enough that I thought “why not?”

Let me tell you something: Dr Biçer and her staff were so kind about it! She is truly invested in her patients, and I felt her kindness and empathy every time I had the pleasure of meeting with her.

It is not often you find a doctor who is professional, empathetic, and artistic in this field. Dr Biçer met and exceeded all expectations for me personally. Her staff is kind and helpful, from the preliminary tests, the details, to the excellent hair cut I received prior to the transplant (not everyone shaves a head gently).

I generally don’t write google reviews, not even from my main account, so hopefully this wasn’t too long, but once I started writing I realized that I would recommend Dr Biçer to my close friends and family, and that really says it all. 11/10 and 6 stars.

Süreç sorunsuz ve kolaydı. Evet yine de bir ameliyat ama her ihtiyacımı karşıladılar. Dr Biçer ekim işlemini kendisi gerçekleştirdi ve bildiğiniz gibi doğal bir sonuç elde etmek için lisanslı ve yetenekli bir cerrahın olması şart!

Nakilden bir yıl sonra sonuçlardan gerçekten çok memnun kaldım; ancak ben çoğu hastadan farklı bir hastayım - Neyse ki taç bölgemde %0 kellik var ve harika bir donör alanım var, ancak saç çizgim rahat ettiğim seviyeyi geçiyordu, muhtemelen Norwood 2. Bunu aklımda tutarak, saçımın yukarıda belirtilen koşulları nedeniyle yoğunluğu biraz doldurmak için bir rötuş randevusu aldım. Açık olmak istiyorum: İlk nakilde herhangi bir sorun olmadı, sadece "neden olmasın?" diye düşünecek kadar kibirli ve seçiciyim.

Size bir şey söyleyeyim: Dr Biçer ve ekibi bu konuda çok nazik davrandılar! Hastalarına gerçekten bağlı ve onunla tanışma şerefine her eriştiğimde onun nezaketini ve empatisini hissettim.

Bu alanda profesyonel, empatik ve sanatsal bir doktor bulmak çok sık mümkün değildir. Dr Biçer şahsen benim için tüm beklentileri karşıladı ve aştı. Personeli, ön testlerden ayrıntılara, ekimden önce aldığım mükemmel saç kesimine kadar nazik ve yardımsever (herkes saçlarını nazikçe tıraş etmez).

I had a hair transplant by Dr. Bicer last week, and wanted to share a positive review of the overall excellent experience I had. Overall I felt in very safe hands & had complete trust in Dr. Bicer and her brilliant team.

I am 25 years old and have been suffering with hair loss over the past few years, and first spoke with Dr. Bicer 1.5 years ago. She gave me great advice to wait a bit longer before getting a transplant given my age and the extent of my hair loss at the time.

During my pre-operation consultation with Dr. Bicer, she was very transparent in saying that I will likely need multiple procedures in my lifetime (given that I’m still experiencing hair loss). In addition, as I was getting 3000 grafts transplanted, with the areas I needed to cover, she managed my expectations that my crown will likely need a follow up in the future for full density.

The operation itself was around 8 hours in total for me and it was almost entirely painless. Dr. Bicer did the extractions and incisions herself, and then her nurses completed the implants.

The anaesthesia injections / numbing process at the start is a little painful and lasted for c.20 mins. In addition, there were 2-3 instances of incisions being made on the border of the area under anaesthesia - I let Dr. Bicer know and she would adjust accordingly.

Overall, the procedure went by very quickly - I was in and out of sleep from the anaesthesia (expected!). I also stayed an extra couple of days after the surgery to get the first wash done at the clinic, and would recommend doing this especially to allow the initial soreness & anaesthesia to wear off after surgery.

I am now 6 days after surgery, and everything is healing well so far. Looking forward to sharing the results.

Başlangıçta anestezi enjeksiyonları/uyuşturma işlemi biraz ağrılıydı ve yaklaşık 20 dakika sürdü. Ayrıca, anestezi altındaki bölgenin sınırında 2-3 kesi yapıldı - Dr. Bicer'e bildirdim ve buna göre ayarlama yapacaktı.

Genel olarak, prosedür çok hızlı geçti - anesteziden uyuyup uyandım (bekleniyordu!). Ayrıca, ameliyattan sonra klinikte ilk yıkamayı yaptırmak için birkaç gün daha kaldım ve özellikle ameliyattan sonra ilk ağrının ve anestezinin geçmesi için bunu yapmanızı öneririm.

Dr. Bicer is very nice and friendly. The most pat of surgery is not painful at all (the Anesthesia is kinda painful (4 of 1-10).

I had my procedure with Dr. Bicer last week. It was a great experience and I felt in safe hands during the whole procedure. I chose Dr. Bicer since she as the surgeon the only one working on the most important steps of the procedure, the extractions and incisions. She was the only person operating during these steps. Post-operative recovery is also going excellent and the artistic work so far looks excellent.

Ameliyat sonrası iyileşme de mükemmel gidiyor ve şu ana kadar yapılan sanatsal çalışmalar da mükemmel görünüyor.

Auch ich hatte gestern meine erste Haartransplantation bei Fr. Dr. Bicer und kann nur positives berichten.
Ich hab mich ingesamt lange vor diesem Schritt gescheut, doch war dann sehr froh an so eine professionelle und herzensgute Fachärztin geraten zu sein. Nicht nur Fr. Dr. Bicer, sondern das gesamte Team in der Klinik sind superfreundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Es wurde stets darauf geachtet, dass es mir gut geht. Es war alles perfekt, von den Voruntersuchungen durch die Schwestern, über die Entnahme der Follikel und das Öffnen der Kanäle durch Fr. Dr. Bicer selbst bis hin zur eigentlichen Transplantation durch die Fachschwestern. Außer bei den Einstichen bei der Lokalanästhesie hab ich auch kaum Schmerzen verspürt und es wurde auch immer nochmal nachgefragt, ob ich Schmerzen habe an gewissen Stellen. Ich bin im Gegenteil sogar gelegentlich weggedöst. Hervorzuheben ist auch der sehr kompetente und immer hilfsbereite und freundliche Aydin Tuncer, der mir als Dolmetscher jederzeit zur Seite stand und mich auch nicht nur am Tag der Operation selbst, sondern auch an den vorherigen Tagen immer unterstützt hat. Auch immer mit einer Erinnerung was man ab wann weglassen muss.
Wie viele anderen bin auch ich schon sehr überzeugt von der Haarlinie, wie sie jetzt aussehen könnte, auch wenn das Endergebnis erst nach mehreren Monaten feststeht.
Ich möchte nochmals dem gesamten Team für diesen Mammuttag danken, es waren sehr viele Stunden, die mit mir zugebracht wurden und alle waren stets freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Aufgrund der vielen positiven Bewertungen und Rezensionen bin ich im Internet auf Dr. Özlem Biçer aufmerksam geworden. Bei meiner Haartransplantation in Deutschland wurden viele Fehler gemacht, die Dr. Biçer sofort in einem Videoanruf erkannte. Es handelte sich bei mir dementsprechend um eine Rekonstruktionsoperation.
Ich bin vollkommen zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis, das Dr. Özlem Biçer und ihr Team erzielt haben. Sowohl die Operation selbst als auch die vorbereitenden Gespräche waren äußerst professionell. In der Klinik habe ich mich stets wohl gefühlt, und der deutsche Ansprechpartner, Herr Aydin Tuncer, stand mir bei Fragen immer zur Seite.
Mein Eingriff war kompliziert, da bei meiner Haartransplantation in Deutschland die Grafts in einem falschen Winkel eingesetzt wurden. Von der Vorabbegleitung mit einem Dolmetscher bis über die komplette OP hinweg habe ich mich in guten Händen gefühlt. Gute Qualität hat seinen Preis. Ich bin sehr glücklich mit meiner Entscheidung.

Forumlarda ve tavsiyelerde çok fazla araştırma yaptıktan sonra Dr. Biçer'in geldiğini gördüm.

Stay away! They are lying about the price for sure! I called them with my turkish number for a price and they insisted me being there for a check up first. They said they can’t give me a price range even I specifically asked for 3,000 grafts. However, when my friend called them with a foreign number, they requested a picture and priced him for $8,000. I don’t know the quality of work but for sure they are not honest and give different price for everyone. If you are not going to be transparent at the beginning then you lie for sure. Stay away!

Uzak dur! Kesinlikle fiyat konusunda yalan söylüyorlar! Ücret karşılığında Türk numaramı aradım ve önce kontrol için orada olmam konusunda ısrar ettiler. Özellikle 3.000 greft istediğim halde fiyat aralığı veremeyeceklerini söylediler. Ancak arkadaşım yabancı bir numarayla onları aradığında resim istediler ve ona 8.000 dolar fiyat verdiler. İşin kalitesini bilmiyorum ama kesinlikle dürüst değiller ve herkese farklı fiyat veriyorlar. Eğer başlangıçta şeffaf olmayacaksanız o zaman kesinlikle yalan söylüyorsunuz. Uzak dur!

Nach gefühlten, endlosen Recherchen fiel meine Wahl hinsichtlich der Durchführung einer Haartransplantation schließlich auf Frau Dr. Bicer.
Im Nachgang kann ich für mich aufgrund meiner persönlichen Erfahrungen behaupten, dass ich damit alles richtig gemacht habe!!
Frau Bicer sowie ihr gesamtes Team arbeiten äußerst professionell und versiert.
Bereits im Rahmen des ersten Kontakts erkennt auch der Laie auf dem Gebiet „HT“, dass Frau Dr. Bicer weiß, wovon sie spricht.
Es wird sich zudem unheimlich viel Zeit für den Patienten genommen und in meinem Fall blieb auch keine Frage unbeantwortet.

Nach langer Recherche, welcher Arzt sich für eine Haartransplantation sich eignet, führt kein Weg an Frau Dr. Özlem Bicer vorbei. Alles deutete auf eine kompetente und erfahrene Ärztin mit viel positiven Resultaten.
Man kontaktiert aus Deutschland einen Dolmetscher, der sich um alle Belange kümmert und jederzeit erreichbar ist.
Die Operation war gestern und lief für mich perfekt. Die Ärztin lässt eine offene Diskussion über die Haarlinie zu und findet dann die beste Lösung. Mir war das wichtigste, dass die entscheidenden Schritte (Haarwurzeln aus dem Spenderbereich entnehmen, Kanäle für die Wuchsrichtung setzen) von ihr persönlich getan werden. Deswegen nehmen die jeden Tag nur einen Patienten auf.
Also bisher nichts Negatives, sondern nur Positives.
Sehr zum empfehlen.
Ich würde auch nochmal schreiben, sollte das Ergebnis nicht zufriedenstellend sein.

Ich wurde nach meiner langen Recherche zu einem passenden Arzt für eine Haartransplantation bei dem Termin zur OP direkt in meiner Entscheidung für Dr. Bicer bestätigt. Der freundliche und kompetente Kontakt zu Dr. Bicer und Hr. Tuncer im Vorfeld meiner Entscheidung fand vor Ort seine nahtlose Fortsetzung. Alle Fragen wurden seriös und fachkundig beantwortet, Ängste mit viel Empathie ausgeräumt. Ich hatte nie den Eindruck, dass weitere Fragen zu viel wären und Zeitdruck bestünde. Die Behandlung, die eine ganze Weile dauert, lief gut durchorganisiert mit einem super freundlichen Team ab. Dr. Bicer hat dabei persönlich die wichtigen Schritte des Haarliniendesigns, der Graftentnahme und der Öffnung der Transplantationskanäle übernommen. Für die verbliebenen Schritte war sie jederzeit vor Ort und ich habe mich bei ihrem Team in guten erfahrenen Händen gefühlt. Mit dem Ergebnis bin ich, soweit man das einen Tag Post-OP sagen kann, absolut zufrieden. Das vollständige Endergebnis wird jedoch erst in bis zu 12 Monaten sichtbar sein.

Saç ekimi için uygun doktoru uzun araştırmalarım sonucunda hemen Dr. Biçer'in doğrulamasına karar verdim. Kararım öncesinde Dr. Bicer ve Tuncer Bey ile olan dostane ve yetkin iletişim sahada sorunsuz bir şekilde devam etti. Tüm sorular ciddi ve profesyonelce yanıtlandı ve büyük bir empatiyle korkular giderildi. Başka soruların çok fazla olduğu ve zaman baskısı olduğu yönünde hiçbir izlenimim olmadı. Oldukça uzun süren tedavi, son derece güler yüzlü bir ekiple iyi organize edildi. Saç çizgisi tasarımı, greftin alınması ve ekim kanallarının açılması gibi önemli adımları Dr. Biçer bizzat üstlendi. Geri kalan adımlar boyunca her zaman sahadaydı ve ekibiyle birlikte kendimi emin ve deneyimli ellerde hissettim. Ameliyat sonrası bir gün diyebileceğim kadarıyla sonuçtan kesinlikle memnunum. Ancak tam nihai sonuç 12 aya kadar görülmeyecektir.

Nach sehr langem Research zu guten HT Ärzten bin ich auf Frau Dr. Bicer gestoßen und hatte heute endlich meine OP. Ich bin bis jetzt extrem zufrieden! Der Prozess lief gut organisiert ab und der deutsche Kontaktmann (Aydin) ist auch immer zur Stelle und extrem freundlich - wie Frau Dr. Bicer und ihr gesamtes Team. Es wurde heute aufgrund einer Verschlechterung meiner Situation auch spontan eine größere Session angeboten und vollzogen.
Direkt danach sah es tatsächlich schon fantastisch und sehr vielversprechend aus!

İyi HT doktorlarını uzun süre araştırdıktan sonra Dr. Bicer karşıma çıktı ve nihayet bugün ameliyatımı yaptırdı. Şu ana kadar son derece memnunum! Amazing experience. I had the surgery 3 days ago. The staff was very professional and made the whole experience seamless and very comfortable from start to finish. Pre-op and post-op servicing excellent. Dr. Bicer was very informative and described expected results realistically. She has a lot of experience and is very good at what she does. I have yet to see results but I am sure they will be very satisfactory. Will update in few months.

Dr. Bicer and the team are very experienced. During my assessment to surgery the whole procedure was very smooth. The nurses are were very knowledgeable and very careful and took their time to do the procedure. I was not forced to anything rather Dr. Bicer was upfront about the numbers of grafts they were going to plant. I felt very comfortable during the whole process. As I am writing this review it’s been 49 hours since the surgery was completed and I do not feel any type of pain or discomfort. Thank you Dr. Bicer and team.

I had my procedure done by Dr. Özlem Biçer last week and I couldn't be happier. It can be stressful to travel to another country to have surgery. Among the doctor, Özen, and the professional staff, I become much more relaxed once I remembered and experienced how world class this group is. Only one patient a day. The doctor also during the procdure asked if she could adjust some mistakes of my previous transplant. It felt so good to know, I made a good choice and was able to be a patient here. If I had a chance to redo anything, I would do the same thing and go with Dr. Özlem Biçer and team. I worked with Özen for all the set up and she was always responsive and helpful. More expensive then cheaper clinics in turkey but I wanted to avoid hair mills and not have any complications that can arise from going to a cheaper clinic. Dr Bicer is very affordable compared to UK and USA while maintaining good quality.

I spent several months on research and finally decided to go to Dr. Bicer - and I've never regretted this decision. She is a highly experienced professional with an impressive track record (which you can verify in many discussion forums). The whole process, from the first contact to the regular updates, is absolutely customer-oriented. Dr. Bicer takes a lot of time for every client and treats only one a day.

Hi my name is John from Australia, age 56. Being one that spends a considerable amount of time researching on many topics and following different media sites and forums, I decided to choose Dr Bicer for my hair transplant. For the last year, alia and in Turkey and I even researched a transplant clinics in Thailand and India. There are several reasons I decided to go with Dr Bicer. Firstly, she performs one patient per day, which includes extraction of the donor area, incision of the recipient area. Secondly, her staff are experienced and have been with her for many years. This is an important factor as all clinics use their technicians to implant the recipient hair. Thirdly, she prides herself as treating her clients, as patients rather than customers. Finally, I was impressed by her honesty, particularly in my case, due to the fact that I had a large amount of hair loss. Dr Bicer, explained to me from the pictures I provided that I would require approximately 4000 grafts. She further explained to me that I would not get the full density and coverage that I desired and a second session would probably be required. My final hair count was 3920, but she was very happy with the amount of donor hair I had at my age. Other clinics offered up to 6k grafts which I now know is very unrealistic without over harvesting my donor area.

Dr Bicer spent a considerable amount of time, ensuring that I was happy with my hairline which we discussed in detail. At my age I didn’t want a lower hairline that looked unrealistic in favour of less coverage around my crown line. I was in favour to compromise a little on density to ensure I had more coverage throughout my entire head.

I am on day 10 post operation and I can’t be more satisfied. I understand that everyone recovers differently but in my case, I haven’t had much swelling, no itching and I am recovering well.

After completing my research on Google and various forums, gaining a good overview of reputable clinics, choosing Dr. Biçer was straightforward for me. Knowing that the primary aspects of the surgery would be performed by the experienced physician herself, along with the assurance of a skilled team, instilled confidence in me. Other clinics, even high-end ones, couldn't or wouldn't provide information about who would perform the final surgery beforehand. That was an absolute deal-breaker for me.

Additionally, the fact that the clinic operates on a one-patient-per-day basis ensured that I received personalized attention and care throughout the entire process. During the pre-surgery consultation, I appreciated the amount of time Dr. Biçer took to discuss my new hairline, considering my preferences and with the goal of achieving a sustainable result that factors in aspects like hair density and potential future hair loss. This level of attention to detail and commitment to long-term outcomes reassured me that I was in good hands.

The procedure itself was very relaxed and almost painless—I even dozed off a few times. Today marks day 5 post-op, and so far, there have been no post-operative issues. I send photos to Mr. Aydin daily, and he provides feedback, along with guidance on hair care or other instructions as needed.

Meine Haartransplantation bei Dr. Bicer ist jetzt gut ein Jahr her. Hier soll es nur um das Ergebnis gehen, falls jemand an einem ausführlicheren Review Interesse hat (Anreise, Unterkunft,...), dies werde ich im Alopezie Forum posten. Bei mir wurden 3400 Grafts eingesetzt. Ich bin mit dem Ergebnis total zufrieden, Dr. Bicer war eine hervorragende Wahl. Mein Haar im Empfängerbereich ist wieder richtig dicht und ich kann wie früher sämtliche Frisuren tragen. Der Spenderbereich ist ebenfalls sehr gut verheilt, selbst bei kurz geschnittenen Haaren ist so gut wie nichts zu sehen.

Saç ekimimi Dr. Bicer yaklaşık bir yıldır. Bu sadece sonuçla ilgili, eğer daha ayrıntılı bir inceleme (seyahat, konaklama,...) isteyen varsa, bunu alopesi forumunda yayınlayacağım. 3400 greft ekledim. Sonuçtan tamamen memnunum, Dr. Bicer mükemmel bir seçimdi. Alım bölgesindeki saçlarım yine çok kalın ve her türlü saç modelini eskisi gibi kullanabiliyorum. Donör bölgesi de çok iyi iyileşti; kısa kesilmiş saçlarda bile neredeyse hiçbir şey görünmüyor.

I researched this clinic for multiple years and consulted with other physicians, forums and patients before attending for the first time and I can only say how glad I am that I did.

Honestly impressed and extremely satisfied with my decision. Dr Bicer and her staff have been very welcoming and accommodating right from the start.

Making a decision for elective surgery is never easy. I spent months doing research and interviewing with a few doctors before coming across Dr Bicer. She really knows her stuff and is very experienced and known in the field (please google her if you haven't done so). I live in the states and her resume and experience exceeded most doctors in the field in my area. My only hesitation was travel to Istanbul (I’ve never been prior). But things could not have gone smoother (it’s a beautiful country with friendly people and great food!)

Dr Bicer and her staff took care of everything to ensure my stay was comfortable and stress free. They have additional options for hotel/airport transfers, booking hotel stay, recommendations on where to eat and visit, etc. Really made the whole process smooth. Her professional opinion and openness to designing the procedure was excellent. I did more than 2.5 years of research, till I finally found Dr. Ozlem Bicer to do my transplantation. Before I met with more than 5 surgeons, where I didn't have a good feeling to do the procedure by them.
From the beginning, where I was always in good contact with Mr Aydin Tuncer, who helped me a lot at the beginning with scheduling the appointment and also would message me late night to clear all my questions and fears.
When reaching in Istanbul, I was always getting a reminder and helpful information for the transplantation.
The day of the transplantation was very good, I had a nice chat with a prior patient, who was positive about the experience and the result. The whole staff was very friendly and Dr Ozlem Bicer herself discussed with me different treatment options and also what would suit me best. Here I already knew that I was in the best hands.

Very happy I chose Dr Biçer after researching for at least a year on several forums. Like the other reviews have mentioned, the day of the operation is very professional but also quite relaxing especially if you’re a bit apprehensive about how the day will go.
Dr Biçer and her team have been very helpful so far in answering my questions both pre and post surgery. It’s very early days but I’m confident I will achieve the results I’m looking for with her guidance. And I like that many have stayed in touch in order to achieve the best results post surgery.

Update post-op 6 months, see pictures. While it’s possible to recognize a difference in the new follicles from the old, it requires really close examination. From 2 feet away, the hair just looks good. Per pictures, the outward angle is only noticeable up close, and i have been assured that as more months go by, the hairs will fall in line with the original follicles surrounding them.

Original review:

there were three things that made me happy with my choice:
1) The staff. Friendly, professional, communicative before and after. They seemed happy, too, which counts a lot for knowing good work is being appropriately compensated.
2) The technical adjustment. There was a moment after about 250 grafts had been harvested when Dr Bicer acknowledged how fine my hair was. She announced that she was switching to a smaller size bore on her device. My belief is that a less experienced, less professional surgeon would not have the knowledge or confidence (or maybe even the tool?) for this adjustment.
3) The final correction. When the team had finished, I was presented for Dr. Bicer's final approval. She saw an asymmetry that she did not like, and insisted that it corrected before I left. So she marched us right back up to the procedure room and facilitated it for 20 minutes. That was a very important thing she did, since it was on the front of the hairline.

In the end, the only other metrics that matter are graft survival rate and density, and from what I can see so far (though it's hard to tell post-op day 5), I got good density with my narrow grafts compared to other grafts I've seen in person. Survival rate will be seen in the future. I just hope I didn't mess up the aftercare during a horrendously long trip home!

Unusual. One stop shop for many things, lovely staff and clean and well maintained rooms. Bicer already has a reputation for being one of the best in hair transplants, but she also provides other services such as Botox, hair removal, permanent makeup, fillers etc. Definitely recommend.
Bookings are limited but there is a waiting list which you can join.

I arrived back on Thursday night after flying out to Dr Bicers clinic on Tuesday. The nervousness in the few weeks before was obviously normal but when I got to sit down with the team there was no nerves it was clear that I would be the sole focus for that entire day. I had done a lot of research over what seems a very long period and dr bicers name appeared in most forums as very reputable and was highly recommended. I can say from my experience that I believe I absolutely made the right decision. For anyone currently going through the research period I would strongly recommend that Dr Bicers clinic is included in that decision making process.

I had my op June 16, and I have to say it was a very pleasant experience. The pre-op coordination was very detailed, and on the operation day the whole office and operation room was just for me, and this is one of the distinguishing elements of Dr. Biçer, because she has the ethical philosophy that every patient deserves his/her importance. Ich habe kürzlich eine HT bei Dr Bicer durchführen lassen. Ich war mit der ganzen Prozedur sehr zufrieden. Angefangen bei dem Erstgespräch, bei dem auf meine Vorstellungen eingegangen wurde und auch die Langzeitplanung mitberücksichtigt wurde bis hin zum Eingriff selbst, der nach Injektion der Betäubung völlig schmerzfrei verlief. Ich erlebte Frau Bicer und ihr Team als äußert professionell und gewissenhaft und wurde als Patient sehr gut betreut.

Yakın zamanda Dr. Bicer'e HT yaptırdım. Tüm süreçten çok memnun kaldım. Fikirlerimin ele alındığı ve uzun vadeli planlamanın da dikkate alındığı ilk konsültasyondan, anestezi enjekte edildikten sonra tamamen ağrısız olan prosedüre kadar. Biçer Hanım ve ekibinin son derece profesyonel ve özenli olduğunu, hasta olarak çok iyi ilgilenildiğini gördüm.

Im April 2021 habe ich nach langer Überlegung beschlossen eine Haartransplantation bei Frau Dr. Bicer zu machen. Überzeugt hat mich vor allem die Tatsache, dass sie nur eine OP am Tag macht. Darüber hinaus wurde sie auf allen großen Plattformen und Foren als Expertin empfohlen.

Die Vorgespräche liefen alle problemlos, Herr Aydin und Frau Bicer standen für Fragen und die Planung meiner Reise unkompliziert (alles über WhatsApp und auf Deutsch) und zuverlässig zur Verfügung. Ich musste mich nur um dem Flug kümmern.

Nach Ankunft am Istanbul Flughafen wurde ich in ein schönes Hotel in Fußnähe der Praxis gebracht. Am morgen danach holte mich Herr Aydin pünktlich ab und brachte mich erstmal in ein nahegelegenes Krankenhaus, damit ich für meine Rückreise direkt einen PCR-Test habe. Anschließend fuhren wir in die Praxis von Dr. Bicer um eine Vorbesprechung (Haarlinie, Ablauf etc.) zu machen. Auch hier wurde auf meine Fragen stets professionell eingegangen.

Die 11-stündige Operation begleiteten drei Helfer:innen und Frau Dr. Bicer persönlich. Auch die Helfer:innen waren sehr zuvorkommend und haben ständig darauf geachtet, dass ich genug trinke und Pausen mache. Zur Mittagspause besorgte das Team mir dann auch eine meiner türkischen Lieblingsgerichte. Ich habe mich also zu jedem Zeitpunkt wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Frau Dr. Bicer und Herr Aydin haben mich dabei den gesamten Ablauf begleitet - bis zum Schluss um 22 Uhr, als mich Herr Aydin trotz Fußnähe mit dem Auto ins Hotel fuhr.

Am nächsten Tag machte Frau Bicer eine Nachuntersuchung und gab mir alle Medikamente/Shampoo sowie Infos, um eine reibungslose Heilungsphase einzuleiten.

Mittlerweile ist die OP einige Monate her und während der gesamten Zeit half mir Herr Aydin bei Rückfragen. Die Haare sind mittlerweile gewachsen und auch mein Umfeld merkt einen großen Unterschied. Eine der größten Pluspunkte: man merkt kaum einen Eingriff, die Haare sehen natürlich aus. Ich würde eine Operation bei Frau Dr. Bicer daher jedem empfehlen, der unter Haarausfall leidet und unbedingt etwas ändern will.

Nisan 2021'de uzun uzun düşündükten sonra Dr. Bicer'i yapmak. Beni özellikle ikna eden şey, günde yalnızca bir ameliyat yapmasıydı. Ayrıca tüm önemli platform ve forumlarda uzman olarak tavsiye edilmiştir.

Ön görüşmelerin tümü sorunsuz geçti, Aydın Bey ve Bayan Bicer soruları yanıtlamak ve seyahatimi basit ve güvenilir bir şekilde planlamak için hazırdılar (her şey WhatsApp aracılığıyla ve Almancaydı). Sadece uçuş konusunda endişelenmem gerekiyordu.

İstanbul Havalimanı'na vardıktan sonra muayenehaneye yürüme mesafesinde güzel bir otele götürüldüm. Ertesi sabah Aydın Bey beni zamanında aldı ve dönüş yolculuğumda PCR testi yaptırmam için yakındaki bir hastaneye götürdü. Daha sonra Dr.'a gittik. Biçer ile ön görüşme (saç çizgisi, işlem vb.) yapılacaktır. Burada da sorularıma her zaman profesyonelce yanıt verildi.

11 saat süren operasyona üç yardımcı ve Dr. Bicer bizzat. Yardımcılar da çok yardımseverdi ve sürekli olarak yeterince içtiğimden ve mola verdiğimden emin oldular. Öğle yemeği molamda ekip bana en sevdiğim Türk yemeklerinden birini getirdi. Bu yüzden kendimi her zaman rahat ve hoş karşılanmış hissettim. Bayan Dr. Biçer ve Aydın Bey tüm süreç boyunca bana eşlik ettiler; ta ki saat 22.00'ye kadar, Aydın Bey yürüme mesafesinde olmasına rağmen beni arabayla otele götürdü.

Ertesi gün Bicer Hanım kontrol muayenesi yaptı ve sorunsuz bir iyileşme sürecini başlatabilmem için bana tüm ilaçları/şampuanı ve bilgileri verdi.

Operasyonun üzerinden birkaç ay geçti ve Aydın Bey tüm bu süre boyunca bana sorularımla yardımcı oldu. Artık saçlar uzadı ve etrafımdakiler de büyük bir fark fark ediyor. En büyük artılarından biri: Neredeyse hiçbir müdahaleyi fark etmiyorsunuz, saçlar doğal görünüyor. Doktorla ameliyat olacağım. Bu nedenle saç dökülmesi yaşayan ve mutlaka bir şeyleri değiştirmek isteyen herkese Biçer'i tavsiye ederim.

After extensive research I identified Dr. Özlem Biçer as the expert in Turkey to perform a FUE hair transplant on me. I chose her clinic among other things because she and her team have been doing what they do for some 20 years. And Dr. Özlem Biçe proved to be the expert other patients before me have claimed she is. Özlem is an empathetic (and very charming) personality - very reassuring when you undergo surgery. Se listened to me patiently, asked all the right questions and then gave me spot on advice and charted the course together with me and her team. The operation itself went smoothly and exactly as planned, with limited downtime and VERY LITTLE pain (I know what I'm talking about because I underwent hair transplant surgery before in Germany). The result - even after 6 months only - is better than what I hoped for: very natural, very me. Thank you so much!

I was searching on forums about hair transplantation during more than 4 month. I was reading experiences on several doctors. Dr Bicer was not on my list firt. However, one day I entered to the ISHRS website (I advise every one to go to this website). I discovered there all the scams and problems with hair transplant and how to choose a GOOD DOCTOR. I saw a list of doctors, Dr Bicer was among them. I contacted her team via whats’app, they answered me fast. We talked for 1 month. Yes, it’s long. I was suspicious, because the intervenant told me we can not guarranty a result, we can not tell you that it will be a miracle. Their honesty was frightening me. However, this honesty attracted me to know more about them.
Yes, Dr bicer is quite not on forums (French and english ones), but she is present in italian and german one. Every day, i was tlaking to Ozen (english assistant of doctor Bicer), asking her for photos and giving her had critics about the resuls. I was punching to see how far they are confident. I had several video calls with the Dr and she was very honest. No miraculous promise. I went there finally.

I was welcomed by a good turkish coffee, in a cosy cabinet/clinic of 2 floors. Ozen and the doctor were ready to answer my question, and I was really asking question without any diplomacy. Then, I saw that i was the unique client as promised, for a price not too much excessive compared to the industrial farm of butcher (oups doctor cheap hear transplantation), I was sure of myself that I did the right choice: More money = more quality!.

First part of operation was extraction of implant, Dr used a robot with very small punch, I was stressful about the punch quality. SHe showed me that she uses the smallest one in the market. It was really easy. I slept. Dr bicer did extraction and nurses did others.
Then, I had the lunch, a good turkich kebab. Then, we went to the incision of canals for implantation. It was only done by Dr Bicer. She was really precise in her work. Finally the implantation was done by Dr bicer and her experimented assistant.

THE RESULT IS A NEW LIFE. From 3350 grefts, I see approximately 3000 ones that are now giving me a good haircut which changed my life, starting from chicks to work situation. The evolution started slowly from the 2nd month and half. I had a boom on the 6th month, and then the hair were gaining in quality rather than quantity.

Dr bicer promised me , some freee corretion., ıf I need. THIS IS A PERFECT EXPERIENCE.

4 ayı aşkın süredir saç ekimi ile ilgili forumlarda araştırma yapıyordum. Birkaç doktorun deneyimlerini okuyordum. Dr Bicer ilk başta listemde yoktu. Ancak bir gün ISHRS sitesine girdim (Herkese bu siteye gitmesini tavsiye ediyorum). Orada saç ekimi ile ilgili tüm dolandırıcılıkları, sorunları ve İYİ DOKTOR'un nasıl seçileceğini keşfettim. Doktorların listesini gördüm, Dr. Biçer de vardı aralarında. Ekibiyle whatsapp üzerinden iletişime geçtim, bana hızlı cevap verdiler. 1 ay konuştuk. Evet, uzun. Müdahaleci bana sonucu garanti edemeyeceğimizi, mucize olacağını söyleyemeyeceğimizi söylediği için şüphelendim. Dürüstlükleri beni korkutuyordu. Ancak bu dürüstlük beni onlar hakkında daha fazla bilgi sahibi olmaya yöneltti.
Evet, Dr Bicer forumlarda pek yer almıyor (Fransızca ve İngilizce), ancak İtalyanca ve Almanca forumlarda mevcut. Her gün Özen'le (Doktor Biçer'in ingilizce asistanı) konuşuyor, fotoğraflarını istiyor, sonuçlarla ilgili eleştirilerde bulunuyordum. Kendilerine ne kadar güvendiklerini görmek için yumruk atıyordum. Doktorla birkaç video görüşmesi yaptım ve çok dürüsttü. Mucizevi bir vaat yok. Sonunda oraya gittim.

2 katlı rahat bir dolap/klinikte güzel bir türk kahvesi ile karşılandım. Özen ve doktor soruma cevap vermeye hazırdılar ve ben gerçekten diplomasi olmadan soru soruyordum. Daha sonra, söz verildiği gibi, endüstriyel kasap çiftliğine (ayy doktor ucuz kalp nakli) kıyasla çok da yüksek olmayan bir fiyata, tek müşteri olduğumu gördüm, doğru seçimi yaptığımdan kendimden emin oldum: Daha fazla para = daha fazla kalite!.

Ameliyatın ilk kısmı implantın çıkarılmasıydı, Dr çok küçük zımbalı bir robot kullandı, zımbanın kalitesi konusunda stresliydim. Bana piyasadaki en küçük olanı kullandığını gösterdi. Gerçekten kolaydı. Uyudum. Dr Bicer ekstraksiyon yaptı, diğerlerini de hemşireler yaptı.
Daha sonra öğle yemeği yedim, güzel bir türk kebabı. Daha sonra implantasyon için kanalların açılmasına gittik. Bu sadece Dr. Bicer tarafından yapıldı. İşinde gerçekten titizdi. Son olarak implantasyon Dr Bicer ve onun deneyimli asistanı tarafından gerçekleştirildi.

SONUÇ YENİ BİR HAYATTIR. 3350 greftten yaklaşık 3000 tanesinin şu anda bana güzel bir saç kesimi yaptığını görüyorum ve bu da civcivlerden iş durumuna kadar hayatımı değiştirdi. Evrim 2. aydan itibaren yavaş yavaş başladı. 6. ayda bir patlama yaşadım ve ardından saçlar nicelik yerine nitelik kazanmaya başladı.

Dr Bicer bana eğer ihtiyacım olursa ücretsiz düzeltme sözü verdi. BU MÜKEMMEL BİR DENEYİM.

After extensive research for a good haitransplant clinic we found Dr. Bicer.

And we are very happy we did, she and her team where very professional from the start to finish, explaining all the stepps in detail, answering all questions as well as giving advice on what could be done with the capacity of the donor area in order to have donor capacity for possible future sessions.

The procedur in it self was very smooth and the staff was very caring which made me feel that i was in good hands during the whole procedure.

After lots of research online I decided to book my hair transplant surgery with Dr Bicer. I had the surgery done on the 29th March, the whole experience went really well, I can’t praise Dr Bicer and her team enough.

After speaking with Dr Bicer it’s clear that she cares about her patients, talking through the options to get the best possible result. She does the surgery working alongside two qualified nurses who were very caring and made me feel at ease, you’re the only patient for the day so all the attention is on you which was very re-assuring. I felt in safe hands during the surgery which lasted 9-10 hours, the team checked that I was comfortable and not in any pain throughout it all.

Dr Bicer’s assistant Ozen was very helpful with all the arrangements, the communication post-surgery has also been very good. I went with the travel package that you can add onto your surgery and I stayed in the Grand Sheraton Hotel with transport to and from Istanbul airport, everything was arranged by Ozen and it went really smoothly.

This isn’t a surgery to be taken lightly and I’m happy I found Dr Bicer’s clinic. I can only re-iterate all the other positive reviews I have come across and recommend Dr Bicer and her team.

İnternette birçok araştırma yaptıktan sonra saç ekimi ameliyatımı Dr. Bicer'e yaptırmaya karar verdim. Ameliyatımı 29 Mart'ta yaptırdım, tüm deneyim gerçekten çok iyi geçti, Dr. Bicer ve ekibini ne kadar övsem az.

Dr Bicer is not a miracle worker she can't change your genetics or create a full of head of hair for everyone that walks in no doctor can. What she does is honest , I was treated like family, she and her staff made me feel comfortable and secure the time I was there. The choice of Dr. is a personal one. my friend had good results with hair mill BUT I was not comfortable going that route. I think I made the right decision , DrBicer is a kind and skillful surgeon. I am a doctor writing my experience as a surgical hair restoration patient of Dr. Özlem Biçer in Istanbul, Turkey on January 27th, 2022 (Conclusion: 10/10).

Dr. Biçer is an exceptional hair transplant surgeon. I could not be happier with my experience as her patient. I am myself a physician. I live and work in Los Angeles, California. I’m in my 40s and have been considering hair transplantation for last 5 years. I chose to get my surgery in Turkey because it is a leading center of excellence for hair transplantation. I wanted to work with a surgeon who specializes in surgical hair restoration and has mastered both the art and the science. That’s exactly what I found in Dr. Özlem Biçer.

There are a lot of options to choose from in this medical industry. The selection process is overwhelming. I researched many medical specialists in both the United States and Turkey. Dr Biçer stood out for several reasons. She does only one procedure a day and her practice is exclusively focused in hair restoration surgery. She has been doing it for more than 20 years. She is a member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery. I researched Dr Biçer thoroughly through patient reviews and by examining many before and after photos on her website and social medial accounts but also by searching her reputation on various other respected forums for hair restoration and hair transplant surgery. She is one of a select few surgeons reliably recommended across these non-advertising hair restoration forums on the basis of experience, professional practice, educational engagement, and technical merit. From the moment I contacted her, Dr. Biçer and her staff were wonderfully organized and responsive. I first met the doctor by video consultation where she answered my technical questions and described her practice style. She speaks English fluently and is a fantastically skilled communicator. She didn’t rush me. She took her time and was strikingly genuine. She made it clear that she would be doing the surgery herself.

I arrived in Turkey for my procedure and we met in person at her comfortable and extremely clean office and surgical suite. I can honestly say that Dr. Biçer has the best bedside manor of any doctor I have met in my career. She put me at great ease from the moment I entered her clinic. She was kind and very honest in advising me on an effective and surgically sound treatment approach that was right for me. I love the hairline she designed for me. She was present for the entire procedure performing the Follicular Unit Extractions, transplanting the hairline and making all the recipient site surgical incisions. Her assistants were all clearly experts in the surgery and worked so cohesively under Dr Biçer’s direction. I had no pain and remained comfortable for the entire 10 hour procedure. The day after my surgery I accidentally bumped my head on a low ceiling. I was upset and worried so I called my surgeon right away on that Friday night. Dr. Biçer immediately met me at her office. She assessed and fixed the damage. She offered me such outstanding results and service that I can not thank her enough. Her kindness, patient care, and surgical skill exceeded all of my expectations. I am very private person and actually had not planned on posting a review. Yet I feel compelled to express my gratitude publicly. After considering and researching about a hair transplant for over 5-6 years, I finally decided to go with Dr.Bicer. Two days ago I had the surgery and it was a much more pleasant experience than I had imagined it would be. Dr.Bicer and her whole team was very welcoming and friendly and made me comfortable all the way. Even though my donor area was not the best, Dr.Bicer was confident in what she able to extract and transplant. She was quite pleased with the work done and was confident that the final result would be fantastic but I would need a second process later on to cover the crown area. This review is rated for the entire process of contacting her up until past the surgery and it has been amazing. As for the results, I will update the review closer to the 6 month mark

This is my review for Dr. Ozlem Bicer who is located in Turkey - My name is Stheven and I was referred to her by a friend who had his hair transplant done with her 2 years ago. I heard many great things so I decided to reach out to her.

The initial contact and consultation was done over WhatsApp as I am located in Canada. Dr. Bicers team was very informative and provided me with a good sense of what I would need for the hair transplant. Once we reviewed all the logistics of the transplant, I decided to give it a go for the following reasons:
1. Dr. Bicer was very upfront about how much grafts she would take for someone my age (26). She informed me of my choices and was very firm on not going over 3000 grafts as I was too young to take away so much hair from my donor area.
2. Dr. Bicer only takes one patient a day meaning her entire focus is on you and the process does not feel rushed unlike pretty much all the other clinics in the area. However, this obviously means her prices are quite different as well! I chose proper patient care over cost.
3. She did a beautiful job on my friend and left him with no scarring which was very important for me.

The transplant itself took an entire day but Dr. Bicer was very accommodating - I stayed at the Sheraton hotel which is a 30 second walk from the clinic and that really eased the process.

Overall I would say it was a fantastic experience - I was in Turkey for 2 weeks where I spent the first half exploring and the second half on my transplant. Dr. Bicer’s assistant Ozen was fantastic and helped me with any questions I had. The only downside in this whole process would be that communication was tough as we were half way across the world from one another but everything turned out exactly how I expected. I cannot recommend Dr. Bicer and her team enough!

Talking to her, I liked how knowledgeable she was, and open to what I wanted. And she asked her technicians their thoughts on my hairline.
Procedure was smooth, I felt very comfortable and my nerves went away right after we started. She did 3000 grafts, as my donor hair is very thin, and distributed it from crown to hairline. She also covered up an old scar on the back of my head.

I am writing this review on Dr. Bicer in order to provide some, hopefully useful, information to improve your decisions about whether and with whom it is worth doing a FUE.

I did the FUE with Dr Bicer 18 days ago. Thus, a final assessment on her work is still very premature. I need to wait at least 6 months to give a final review. However, I am in the position of telling you something about how she (and her team) works.

Insofar, I am overall very satisfied with her work.

I was initially thinking about doing the FUE with someone cheap, in which the doctor barely sees your donor, recipient and the hair conditions. I thought that Dr. Bicer would be better because she promises her patients that she would be doing personally some steps and she would be present in the others. She has actually fullfilled this promise.

I also felt that she is a very ethical person. Many doctors impose an abnormally large number of grafts. Instead, Dr Bicer gives you a large discretion about the number of grafts, shape and intensity.

I was also thinking about other good FUE surgeons with a good reputation and much higher prices and who use only the manual punch for the extraction. Instead, dr. Bicer gives you the chance to choose between motor and manual punch. I went for the motor punch.

FUE'yi 18 gün önce Dr. Bicer ile yaptım. Bu nedenle çalışmalarına ilişkin nihai bir değerlendirme henüz çok erken. Son değerlendirme için en az 6 ay beklemem gerekiyor. Ancak onun (ve ekibinin) nasıl çalıştığı hakkında size bir şeyler anlatacak konumdayım.

Dr. Bicer'in daha iyi olacağını düşündüm çünkü hastalarına bazı adımları bizzat kendisinin yapacağını, diğerlerinde ise bizzat bulunacağının sözünü verdi. Aslında bu sözünü yerine getirmiştir.

Ayrıca onun çok ahlaklı bir insan olduğunu da hissettim. Birçok doktor anormal derecede fazla sayıda greft empoze eder. Bunun yerine Dr Bicer size greft sayısı, şekli ve yoğunluğu konusunda geniş bir takdir yetkisi verir.

Aynı zamanda iyi bir üne sahip, çok daha yüksek fiyatlara sahip ve çekim için yalnızca manuel zımba kullanan diğer iyi FUE cerrahlarını da düşünüyordum. Bunun yerine Dr. Bicer size motorlu ve manuel zımba arasında seçim yapma şansı verir. Motor zımbasına gittim.

If you are visiting Turkey for a hair-transplant and want a qualified and professional specialist to take personal care and interest in your procedure, look no further than Dr Bicer. She is honest, open and very experienced in her area of expertise .

Unlike most other surgeons ,she only tends to one patient a day, and , will personally take part in the surgery herself, which is different from other clinics in Istanbul that leave everything to the technicians after the initial consultation is done.

After making the decision to go for a hair transplant and a couple of months of research, I found Dr Ozlem Bicer in Istanbul. It was very fortunate timing for me as originally there was no availability but due to the lockdown in Turkey an appointment became available. I am writing this review nearly a week on from my operation and I am pleased to say things couldn't have gone any better. From the initial consultation through to the after care, I feel Dr Bicer and her team really looked after me.

I chose her for the same reasons as many others, just one patient a day and Dr Bicer is the one doing the surgery, supported by her nurses. But for me I just got a good feeling from the first moment - Ozen cannot assist you enough and is honest and straightforward. Dr Bicer the same, open and happy to talk through options, reassuring and professional. I stayed in Istanbul for a few days after the surgery and they went the extra mile to check I was ok and make sure I was recovering properly.

I cannot thank them enough and I'm excited to see the progress over the next few months. It's obviously a big decision to go and have surgery like this but I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Bicer.

Saç ekimi yaptırmaya karar verdikten ve birkaç aylık araştırmadan sonra İstanbul'da Dr. Özlem Biçer'i buldum. Benim için çok şanslı bir zamanlamaydı çünkü başlangıçta müsaitlik yoktu ancak Türkiye'deki karantina nedeniyle randevu mümkün oldu. Bu incelemeyi ameliyatımdan neredeyse bir hafta sonra yazıyorum ve işlerin daha iyi olamayacağını söylemekten memnuniyet duyuyorum. İlk konsültasyondan sonraki bakıma kadar Dr. Bicer ve ekibinin benimle gerçekten ilgilendiğini hissediyorum.

Onu diğer pek çok kişiyle aynı nedenlerden dolayı seçtim; günde sadece bir hasta ve ameliyatı hemşirelerinin desteğiyle Dr. Bicer yapıyor. Ama benim için ilk andan itibaren iyi bir his var: Özen size yeterince yardımcı olamaz ve dürüst ve açık sözlüdür. Dr Bicer de aynı şekilde, açık ve seçenekler üzerinden konuşmaktan mutlu, güven verici ve profesyonel. Ameliyattan sonra birkaç gün İstanbul'da kaldım ve iyi olup olmadığımı kontrol etmek ve düzgün bir şekilde iyileştiğimden emin olmak için ekstra çaba harcadılar.

Onlara yeterince teşekkür edemem ve önümüzdeki birkaç aydaki ilerlemeyi görmek beni heyecanlandırıyor. Açıkçası böyle bir ameliyata gitmek büyük bir karar ama Dr Bicer'i tavsiye etmekte hiç tereddüt etmem.

I was with Dr. Bicer and her team this weekend for a hair transplant.
Everything went smoothly from the beginning, from the first personal meeting to the treatment on site.
Mrs. Bicer gave me very professional advice and showed me a long-term solution for hair transplantation.
The team, the facility and above all my contact person Mr. Tuncer were great.
I felt very comfortable and my fear of the operation was taken away very quickly.
Today I'm going home again and the organization was also great.
I really like the results so far and I am already looking forward to the growth phases.

İlk kişisel görüşmeden sahadaki tedaviye kadar her şey sorunsuz ilerledi.
Bicer Hanım bana çok profesyonel tavsiyelerde bulundu ve saç ekimi konusunda bana uzun vadeli bir çözüm gösterdi.
Ekip, tesis ve hepsinden önemlisi muhatabım Tuncer Bey harikaydı.
Kendimi çok rahat hissettim ve ameliyat korkum çok çabuk ortadan kalktı.
Bugün tekrar evime dönüyorum ve organizasyon da harikaydı.

Hallo ich bin total zufrieden ! War mit gemischten Gefühl nach Istanbul geflogen, das erste mal und dann direkt zur Haartransplantation! Aber von Anfang ;) habe über WhatsApp Nachrichten oder Videocall alle antworten Preise und alles was ich wissen wollte beantwortet bekommen . Am Flughafen im Istanbul geladen ! würde ich abgeholt worden und zur meinen Hotel gebracht ! Tag danach würde ich abgeholt und zum Krankenhaus gefahren worden wegen corona Test mit Mitarbeitern vom Frau Dr özlem ! Von da aus zur Frau dr Özlem Bicer in der Klinik ! Die Frau Özlem Bicer ist eine sehr starke Frau ! und weist was die zur tun hat ! Am selben Tag habe ich mein op gehabt ! Nach der op würde ich zur mein Hotel gebracht ! zur essen und zur trinken würde alles besorgt damit ich nicht alles noch kaufen muss und mich darum kümmern ! Am letzten Tag bin morgen aufgestanden ohne große Schmerzen oder besser gesagt kaum schmerzen ! Zur Klinik noch von Frau dr özlem bicker durch gescheckt ! Sammstag Abend dritte Tag Flieger und nach Hause ! Heute ist der 3 Tage nach der op ich fühle mich so gut klar have glatze aber die Haare wachsen nach !!!! Ps vom Anfang an würde alles geplant und organisiert von freundlichen mitarbeiten von Frau dr özlem Bicer von corona Test zur Hotel Transfer und alles was ich wissen wollte oder brauchte würde alles organisiert ! Ich bin sehr zufrieden ich empfähle es jeden der eine po haben soll sich erst mit Frau dr özlem bicer im Verbindung setzt und am Ende mit einen lächelt nach Hause geht !!! Merhaba, tamamen memnunum! Önce karışık duygularla İstanbul'a uçtum, sonra da doğrudan saç ekimine gittim! Ama en başından beri;) Tüm cevapları, fiyatları ve bilmek istediğim her şeyin cevabını WhatsApp mesajları veya görüntülü görüşme yoluyla aldım. İstanbul havalimanına yüklendi! Alınıp otelime götürülecektim! Ertesi gün Dr. Özlem'in çalışanlarıyla birlikte hastaneye götürülüp korona testi için hastaneye götürülecektim! Oradan klinikteki Dr Özlem Bicer'e! Özlem Bicer Hanım çok güçlü bir kadın! ve ne yapması gerektiğini gösteriyor! Aynı gün ameliyatımı oldum! Ameliyattan sonra otelime götürülecektim! Yeme içmeye dair her şey halledilirdi ki, her şeyi satın alıp endişelenmeme gerek kalmasın! Son gün sabahları çok fazla acı çekmeden, daha doğrusu neredeyse hiç ağrı duymadan kalktım! Dr Özlem Bicker Hanım kliniğe muayene oldu! Cumartesi akşamı, üçüncü gün, uçak ve ev! Bugün ameliyatın üzerinden 3 gün geçti, kendimi çok iyi hissediyorum, kelim ama saçlarım yeniden çıkıyor!!!! Not: dr özlem Biçer hanımın güler yüzlü personeli tarafından en başından itibaren korona testinden otel transferine kadar her şey planlanıp organize edilecek ve benim istediğim veya ihtiyaç duyduğum her şey organize edilecekti! Çok memnunum, popo sahibi olmak isteyen herkese öncelikle Dr özlem Bicer hanımla iletişime geçmesini ve sonunda gülerek evine gitmesini tavsiye ederim!!!
